Maze Adventure: rules and examples

Read the aim of Maze Adventure, then make your first move. Move into the exit at the bottom right. The game counts the steps you take. Keep the game area visible while you use its controls. Choose a comfortable screen position before beginning. Use the example below to understand a decision.

An idea for your next attempt

Locate the buttons and input area before beginning a long round. Use the on-screen labels to avoid an accidental restart. Use the example to check your reasoning.

Your objective

Move into the exit at the bottom right. The game counts the steps you take. Keep that objective in view throughout the round. Notice how the game responds to your input.

Work through the instructions

  1. Start from the upper-left cell.
  2. Move through openings using arrow keys or direction buttons.
  3. You may also tap a neighbouring cell connected by an open passage.
  4. Reach the gold exit or generate a new maze.

How to use the controls

Arrow keys, on-screen direction buttons, or a click/tap on an adjacent reachable cell. A careful first action helps you become familiar with the layout. Use the visible help when you are unsure of the next input.

One way to understand the rules

If a wall blocks the cell to your right, try another opening; the token cannot move through walls. Use the example as a guide rather than a substitute for reading your board. Choose a deliberate next step.

A useful caution

Only immediately adjacent cells can be reached in one move. Take a moment to reassess the position before continuing. Keep the stated aim separate from side details such as animation or appearance. Progress is measured by the game’s own completion or scoring rules.
